Rules of procedure

The rules of procedure are drawn up by the Organizing Committee of the Amoudou Family

Article I : Duties

1. All participants must bring the necessary supplies and equipment for the mountain tours (sports clothes, walking shoes, changing clothes).

2. All participants of our trips must respect the time of gathering and departure and respect the times specified for the activities carried out by the Amoudou Family team.

3. Before booking, please inform us of any health or disease conditions of the participant (diabetes, anemia, etc.).

4. Before booking, if you have no idea about the itinerary, please make sure that the itinerary is suitable for your physical capabilities and health condition. This is done by reading the trip program and inquiring about the type of path, whether it is difficult, medium or easy.

5. The Amoudou family team has the right to cancel the trip or change its route, if there are constraints (bad weather conditions: rain, wind, or snow…)

6. Respecting nature and not polluting the environment, by collecting waste left by the participant himself and keeping it until reaching the nearest place designated for the same purpose

7. Respect the traditions of the inhabitants of the villages and villages that we visit and pass through on our tours, and avoid their fields, crops and livestock…

8. Every traveler is permitted to snap pictures at any time.

9. Each participant in which you do not wish to publish photos or videos appearing in, must inform us in advance

10. Each participant must respect his or her seat on the bus, from the beginning to the end of the trip

11. Each participant must abide by the instructions and directions of the team leading the trip, including the organizer and guides

12. The Amoudou family team can alert and warn or exclude any participant who do not respect the internal rules of the group

Article II: Prohibitions

1. It is forbidden for any participants to withdraw from the trip or change the route without the knowledge of the trip supervisor

2. Smoking, drinking alcohol or using any kind of drugs is not allowed during the trip

3. Dancing on the bus is prohibited

4. Musical instruments are not permitted

5. It is forbidden to photograph any persons without their permission, whether participants or residents of the areas we visit. Welcome to our world
